1. Local Client-Side Execution Boundary

AkshaTools is operated by Siyora.

AkshaTools operates as a decentralized, offline-first digital utility station. Every document compilation, image transcoding, PDF compression, and file processing occurs strictly in your browser cache via WebAssembly and Canvas nodes.

Because all calculations are processed locally inside your browser sandbox:

• **Private Loops**: We have no backend capability to view, access, store, or process your raw content.
• **Local Assets Liability**: All source items remain strictly in your device memory. You do not upload files to us, and we do not host or archive your assets.
• **Hardware Reliance**: The processing speed, compilation stability, and conversion capacity are fully bound to your local CPU/GPU cycles.

2. Acceptable Platform Use & Media Compliance

By using our client-side nodes, you warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, and intellectual permissions to the files you load and transcode.

You agree not to use AkshaTools to process files containing malicious code, viruses, or any payload intended to destabilize browser operations, trigger local buffer overflows, or violate legal intellectual boundaries.

3. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties

AkshaTools is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall the AkshaTools development team, its partners, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, corrupted documents, browser crashes, or business interruption) however caused, arising in any way out of the use of this client-side utility suite.
